1. Free Service — No Obligations

ZyloTech Creators Studio provides free online tools for converting, editing, and processing various file types (images, audio, video, documents, and data).

Important: These tools are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that:

• The tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• The output quality will meet your expectations
• All file formats will be supported perfectly
• The tools will work on all devices or browsers

2. Donations — Voluntary and Non-Refundable

You acknowledge that donating does NOT guarantee any particular outcome, feature request implementation, or support timeline. We reserve the right to use donated funds at our sole discretion for the operation and improvement of the platform.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our tools responsibly and lawfully. You agree NOT to:

• Upload, process, or distribute illegal content (e.g., child exploitation material, copyrighted content you don't own, hate speech)
• Use our tools to bypass security measures or hack into systems
• Overload our servers through automated scripts or excessive usage (our tools run locally, so this is minimal risk)
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code of our tools (though all code is viewable in your browser's developer tools)
• Use our tools for any illegal purpose under applicable laws

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Content

The website design, logos, icons, and non-third-party code are owned by ZyloTech Creators Studio. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our branding without permission.

4.2 Third-Party Libraries

Our tools use open-source libraries (e.g., Tailwind CSS, FontAwesome, js-yaml, lamejs, gif.js, pdf.js, mammoth.js). These are governed by their respective licenses (MIT, Apache, etc.).

4.3 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to any files you process using our tools. We do not claim any rights to your content. Since your files never leave your browser, we cannot access or use them.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Data loss or corruption (always keep backups of your original files)
• Financial losses resulting from tool errors or downtime
• Third-party claims arising from your use of our tools
• Bugs, errors, or unexpected behavior in the tools
• Compatibility issues with your device, browser, or operating system

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (which is $0, as our tools are free).

6. No Warranties

Our tools are provided "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the tools will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Warranties that output quality will be suitable for your needs
• Warranties regarding file format compatibility

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZyloTech Creators Studio, its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of our tools for illegal purposes
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Change these Terms of Service at any time (continued use constitutes acceptance)
• Limit access to our tools for any reason

We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or inconvenience caused by service modifications or interruptions.

9. Third-Party Links and Libraries

Our tools may load resources from third-party CDNs and use third-party libraries. We are not responsible for:

• The privacy practices of third-party services
• Bugs or issues in third-party libraries
• Downtime or data breaches affecting third-party CDNs

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ZyloTech Creators Studio regarding your use of our tools. No prior agreements, representations, or understandings shall apply.
